SIM Women is a network of over 1,100 female CIOs and their direct reports which promotes communication, mentorship, leadership and career development amongst its members. Their national event - the SIM Women Leadership Summit - will be held May 7th, 2020 in New Jersey at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.
As SIM Women has never been focused solely on technology, but rather how to lead and succeed in technology and business, the Summit offers three tracks:
- Exemplify - for those who have achieved the C-suite and beyond
- Empower – for those who are working toward the C-suite or leadership levels
- Educate: for HR and technology leaders to hear from our diversity partners on how to tackle workplace challenges.
SIM Women’s membership and Summit Council includes IT leaders from Fortune 100 companies such as: Aetna, Bank of America, Discover Financial Services, Exelon, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, Pfizer, Prudential Financial, Xerox, and others.
The pace of change is such that no one person can remain “in the know” on every aspect of business and technology. Our thought leaders and visionaries share insights and awareness of tomorrow’s challenges so our attendees can begin implementing solutions today. Our Summit Council is key to successfully addressing the needs of our conference attendees by shaping the topics we’ll be discussing during our one-day conference and many Summit Council members will be speaking at the conference.
Whether a Director working their way up the corporate ladder or a C-suite leader interested in board pursuit, past attendees have stated the SIM Women Leadership Summit was exceptional in both its networking connections and the thought leadership and career development offerings.
