Demystifying Digital Transformation

On behalf of the Symposium planning committee, I would like to present to you the 2016 Arizona IT Symposium.  As the host and driving force behind this unique conference, we are confident you will find your experience to be beneficial through the information you receive and the relationships you generate.  Our desire is also to celebrate Information Technology’s achievement and innovation taking place all around us in the corporate, government, and academia sector.

One of the goals of the planning committee is to create an event that provides an unprecedented opportunity for our region’s IT leadership to gather and explore new ways to drive digital transformation through leadership, innovation and disruptive technology. Consumer expectations and competitive pressures are driving businesses towards digital transformations to improve engagement, enhance insights and increase speed of execution. To meet these demands, enterprises are embracing digital solutions to not only improve their operation but fundamentally transform their business or organization.  Digital transformation must lead to increased revenue and exponential growth versus linear growth.  According to research findings, companies that integrate digital technologies into their business strategy are 26% more profitable than peers in their industry.  With that as a starting point, what are the requirements to capitalize on this opportunity?  Increasing customer expectations are fueling unprecedented rates of change, creating a sense that if you don't transform you may not last.

Through the keynotes, breakout sessions and networking aspects of the Symposium, this event will provide information on opportunities and challenges facing all of us as well as sharing actionable information from peers that we can apply to our own challenges, making this event extremely rewarding and productive.
